  • The time (e. g. 10:00 – 16:00) marks out the departure of the first and the last tour of the day.
  • The starting times of the tour are specified in the tour description.
  • In October , the castle is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
    First Upper castle tour starts at 10:00.
    From 10:00 to 16:00 (the last entry) the Vimperk Museum is open.

5. Winter Castle

Group In the period January–March there is always one tour on the opening days, from 10:00. It is followed by the opening hours of the Vimperk Museum.

At a time when the castles are usually asleep, the most interesting places of the Upper Castle and Middle Ages summer tours are ready to be visited.
